Change Control Process & Services Manager – ITIL / Six Sigma – London


My client a market leading £500M plus Turnover Tier 1 IT Infrastructure ad Cloud Solutions and Services Provider are looking for a Change Process & Service Manager to manage and Implement change / QA processes and Independently Audit IT Professional Services Project Delivery to customers.


My client; Architects, Designs and Implements IT Infrastructure and Cloud Solutions and Projects to their client base. Due to ongoing significant growth they are now looking to create Change, Process and Service Improvements across the business to work with Customers and Consultancy Services Teams (from Architecture and Consultancy through Project Management to Implementation) to enable better levels of Engagement and Quality of Services Delivered.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Change & Process across internal divisions
  • Service Improvements and Change Management
  • Change Report Managing / Change Reporting
  • Change & Process Management
  • Change & Process Quality Review
  • Develop and maintain a change control process to manage implementation change
  • Management of internal and external senior stakeholders ensuring project parameters are in place and visible with appropriate risk management/mitigation, resolving any conflicts by driving suitable solutions to any issues
  • Client Satisfaction / Client Reviews
  • Create and manage key project documentation: task tracker, budget, risk register, project plans
  • Manage QA Team of 3 QA Administrator/QA Analysts
  • Manage, Implement and Review QA Processes / QA Documentation / QA Reporting / KPI's


You will manage and lead a team of QA Engineers / Analysts working tightly with internal divisions and end customers to provide strong Change and Process Improvements across the project life cycle. Work tightly with my clients Consulting and Delivery teams to provide strong Change & Process Management Services across the project life cycle


Great role to take ownership and drive a Change & Process across multiple divisions to ultimately assist and drive quality of Change / Process and Services delivered internally and across customers.
